Upload Customer Database:

In order to reach out to your past customers we must upload the csv file from the previous step We can then text and email each of them on your behalf seeking a google review.

Connect Existing Customer Database To Our CRM:

Uploading your current customers in the previous steps allow us to reach out to previous customers. These next steps allow us to connect to your existing CRM and grab a copy of all new customer when these new customers are added to your current system. This allows us to do our review management with your new customers while you do not have to change the way you manage customers on a day to day basis.

Connect Your Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to Our System:

Simply log in to the “Golden Gate Reviews” marketing platform and link your social media accounts with just a few clicks.

Don’t Have A CRM Already?:

Never fear. If you do not have a CRM already then we provide one for you. This will all be discussed during your onboarding.

What Next?:

Once we get your past customers uploaded and your new customer process all setup then the rest is a piece of cake. Just sit back and watch as our automated system takes care of all your Google reviews for you.
